  • The benefit is exclusively available to participants whose maximum referrals converted into sales during the specified program period, based on his/her selection
  • The benefit is applicable for a couple (two individuals). No additional individuals or companions (including babies/kids of any age) are included in the benefit package 
  • All tickets and package inclusions are subject to availability. 
  • Incase of any mentioned sightseeing/experiences not available, similar category alternatives will be suggested. 
  • Once confirmed, the booking cannot be modified or cancelled. 
  • Where applicable, the official service provider’s package terms and conditions and venue’s hospitality terms and conditions apply and will be shared at the time of booking. 
  • This prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or any other alternatives from Tata.ev 
  • All other expenses not explicitly mentioned such as visa fees, travel insurance, meals, local transportation, personal expenses, and any other additional costs, are the sole responsibility of the benefit winner. 
  • Travel within India from home city to travel start city to be managed by the winner.
  • In case of a visa being rejected due to any reasons, the benefit will stand cancelled and forfeited. 
  • The travel itinerary and booking details will be arranged by the program organizers in consultation with the benefit winner. Itinerary is subject to change and participating merchant partners can modify the same without any prior notice to the Grand Prize winner 
  • The benefit is subject to applicable travel restrictions, including but not limited to government regulations, visa requirements, and covid-19 related travel guidelines. the program organizers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the benefit winner's preferred travel dates, subject to the aforementioned restrictions
  • In the event that the specified destination become unavailable or impractical due to unforeseen circumstances, the program organizers reserve the right to substitute the destination with an alternative of equal value and similar nature
  • The winner must accept the benefit as awarded and may be required to sign a benefit acceptance form or release of liability, as deemed necessary by the program organizers. 
  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or other financial obligations arising from the acceptance of the grand benefit are the sole responsibility of the benefit winner. 
  • The program organizers and associated parties shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during the grand benefit experience.
  • The program organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the grand benefit or any part thereof, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond their control.
  • The program organizers may require the winner to provide proof of identification, referrals, and any other necessary documentation to verify their eligibility and compliance with the referral program terms
