The NeuCoins for eligible transactions will be credited to your account within 2-5 days depending on the nature of the transaction.
Users can use NeuCoins for online shopping on Tata Neu or partner brands. If the user is shopping in-store, he/she can inform the cashier that they would like to pay with their NeuCoins. NeuCoins can only be used on eligible transactions as defined by the individual brands. Please note that NeuCoins with an upcoming expiry date will be utilised first to ensure that users get the most out of their rewards.
Each NeuCoin is worth ₹1 and can be used seamlessly across eligible partner brands.
If the transaction is successful, then the NeuCoins are deducted immediately.
Do not worry. If the transaction has failed, then the corresponding NeuCoins will be refunded to your NeuPass account within 24 hours.
NeuCoins expire 365 days after the last transaction involving an eligible earn or use of NeuCoins (even if it’s just one NeuCoin earned or used). During special promotions, users may also earn additional NeuCoins. The expiry of these NeuCoins will be mentioned at the time of issuance.
