General terms
- These terms and conditions shall apply to the “Evolve referral program”/”the scheme” of Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited
- By registering or taking part in this scheme, customer/participant agrees to be bound by these T&Cs and the decisions of the company in relation to and in connection with this scheme
- Non acceptance of any of these T&Cs will make the participant ineligible for the scheme
- By entering the scheme, participant confirms having understood the terms and conditions and any other instructions of the company and accepts the same without any exception
- This scheme is not applicable on sale of test drive vehicles, government vehicles, fleet/bulk sales (more than 2 vehicles), taxi, CSD etc.
- Scheme is open only for the registered personal owners of TATA.ev as on 1st June 2024
- Benefit/benefits under the scheme shall be subject to successful retail of vehicle to the referee and not to anybody else
- Company reserves the right to add, delete, modify or amend any of the terms & condition or to cancel or withdraw the offer anytime at its sole discretion without any prior notice

- Only the referee (existing customer) will get the benefit and the referral will not get any benefit.
Eligibility
- Participants upon whose reference, referee purchases and registers a new TATA.ev during the scheme period shall be the ‘successful participant’ under the scheme for the purposes of availing benefit(s)
- Employees of TATA Motors group companies, dealers, service providers etc. shall not be eligible to participate in the scheme
- Only upon receiving complete and correct details and completing all other formalities under the scheme, the successful participants will be eligible to participate in the scheme and receive the assured benefit.
Scheme period
- Valid till 31st December 2024
- Tata Passenger Electric Mobility ltd. (“company”) reserves the right to change, modify, curtail or discontinue the scheme or any terms and conditions of the scheme without any notice or justification
- To participate in the scheme, the participant will have to furnish complete details including name, registered mobile number, registered email address, etc. as required in the registration form
Participant
- The ‘Evolve referral program’ hereinafter referred to as the “scheme” is open to all Indian residents who are registered owners of Nexon.ev, Punch.ev, Tiago.ev and Tigor.ev (hereinafter referred to as “TATA.ev”); (hereinafter referred to as the “eligible customers”).
- To participate in the scheme, referee of the eligible customers must purchase a TATA.ev and register it during the scheme period
- Scheme is open only for the registered personal owners of TATA.ev as on 1st June 2024
- Participant cannot refer himself/herself (referee) to become eligible for the benefits under the scheme
- Referral will not be considered for brother, sister, mother, father, husband, wife, child
- The scheme will be valid in the all the cities and towns across India
Rewards/benefits
- Under the scheme following two types of benefits shall be available to the successful participants. The successful participants shall be eligible for one assured benefit (“base benefit”) and a chance to get grand benefit depending on the number of referrals he/she makes during the scheme period.
- All benefits are subject to terms and conditions of the reward distribution partner company.
- Base benefit – allocation of 2000 Neu Coins
- Grand benefit- all successful participants shall also get a chance to get grand benefit. The winner of the grand benefit shall be benefited with an international tour package. Please check the Tata.ev Referral Program section for details.
- Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited will compile the list of customers with the maximum referrals
- In case of a single owner with the highest referral ; the benefit shall be extended to them directly
- In case he declines, we move to the next customer in the order of highest referral
- In case of multiple owners with highest referrals(tie), company shall conduct a lucky draw using online software
- Winner of the lucky draw shall be declared as the winner of grand benefit.
- Claims in respect of benefits shall be subject to verification of customers by the company
- Participant acknowledges and accepts that the decision of the company with regard to the benefits, benefit, process of benefit allocation or for any other matter related to this scheme shall be final and unquestionable
- Benefits/benefit under the scheme are not allowed to be replaced or encashed or transferred
- Benefits mentioned are the only benefits company shall provide to the eligible/successful participants
- Any other direct/additional/consequential expenses, arrangement or facility etc., if not mentioned specifically, shall not be provided by the company and shall have to be borne/arranged by the eligible participants only
- If for any reason, participant is unable to avail the base benefit, the company shall not be responsible for the same
- Eligible participants cannot claim or demand any replacement/alternative benefit or cash value in place of the benefit
- Successful participants shall avail the benefits/benefits under the scheme at their own risk and consequences
- Company shall not be liable for any bodily or property loss to the participants and/or their companion due to any reason arising out of or in relation to this scheme or benefits therein
- Participants and their companions are advised to take appropriate insurance policy to cover any risk of loss of property or life etc. arising out of or in relation to the benefits/benefits under the scheme
Exclusions
- The grand benefit is not available to the successful participants of Tamil Nadu. However, successful participants of Tamil Nadu shall be eligible to the base benefit under the scheme.
- Claims in respect of benefits/benefits (base benefit and grand benefit) shall be subject to verification of customers by the company. Participant acknowledges and accepts that the decision of the company with regard to the benefits, benefit, process of benefit allocation, lucky draws or for any other matter related to this scheme shall be final and unquestionable.
- Benefits/benefit under the scheme are not allowed to be replaced or encashed or transferred.
- Benefits/benefit are the only benefits company shall provide to the eligible/successful participants. Any other direct/additional/consequential expenses, arrangement or facility etc., if not mentioned specifically, shall not be provided by the company and shall have to be borne/arranged by the eligible participants only.
- Company shall not be responsible of passport or visa availability of the successful participant and/or their companion and the same shall have to be arranged by the participant only.
- If for any reason, participant is unable to avail the base benefit or grand benefit, company shall not be responsible for the same.
- Eligible participant cannot claim or demand any replacement/alternative benefit or cash value in place of the benefit mentioned hereinabove.
- Successful participant shall avail the benefits/benefits under the scheme at their own risk and consequences. Company shall not be liable for any bodily or property loss to the participants and/or their companion due to any reason arising out of or in relation to this scheme or benefits/benefits therein.
- Participants and their companion are advised to take appropriate insurance policy to cover any risk of loss of property or life etc. arising out of or in relation to the benefits/benefits under the scheme.
- Winner of the grand benefit and their companion shall have to execute separate undertakings and consent forms in favour of the company discharging it from any liability or consequences in relation to or arising out of this scheme. Non submission of the undertaking as prescribed by the company shall disentitle the participant and/or their companion from the grand benefit.
- Winner of the grand benefit and their companion shall be obliged to their images/videos to be promoted on Tata.ev social handles. In case the winner doesn’t want to share images, he won’t be eligible for the grand reward.
Dispatch of benefits
- Successful participants shall be notified on their registered email ID/mobile number regarding the allocation and details of the benefit
- Benefits shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the gifting partner and that the same may be redeemed/used as per the terms and conditions only
- Grand benefit- winner of the grand benefit shall be notified through email/phone call or through any other means. The winner will have to follow the instructions of the company for taking the delivery of the benefit. Any disagreement on the instructions/guidelines of the company and/or the terms and conditions of the scheme shall disentitle the winner for the benefit and that the winner shall not have any claim whatsoever thereon
- The benefits/benefit under the scheme is tentative and may be changed/replaced by the company at any time during the scheme period at its sole discretion without having any obligation to notify the participants in this regard
- Decision of the company with regard to any conflict or any other matter regarding the scheme shall be final and binding on the participants and no correspondence whatsoever shall be entertained in this regard
Use of personal information
- By participating in the scheme, the participants (including the winners and their companion) are deemed to have consented to: the collection, use and disclosure of his/her name, identification, image, voice and/or likeness by the Tata motors group of companies and participating gifting partner companies for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation; and receiving promotional, marketing and other publicity information through call, sms, email etc. from the company from time to time.
Jurisdiction
- All disputes shall be subject to the competent court of Mumbai jurisdiction only.
No claim against the company
- Benefits offered under the campaign is a purely promotional and goodwill offer to the existing customers of the company and it does not create or confer any kind of right or entitlement on the customers against the company.
- Customer/participant agrees that there shall be no claim, actions, proceedings, costs, damages, expenses, penalties, demands and liabilities, howsoever arising against the company, affiliates and their respective employees, officers and directors arising out of or in connection with the scheme/program/campaign or related activities thereof.
