ιTo use Digi Access,you must first complete the activation process and then follow the instructions to pair your digital key to your device or your device’s wallet app. To activate either Digi Acess and manage the digital keys, your device must have an active data plan with a wireless service provider. Accounts with wireless service providers are your responsibility, and not the responsibility of Kia. Depending on your data plan, you may incur charges from your wireless service provider for use of their network and/or for specific services, for example, making phone calls, sending or receiving text messages and/or emails or other services. You are solely responsible for any and all costs incurred as a result of the use of this feature. You are solely responsible for any use of Digi Access in your vehicle, even if you are not the one using it, and even if you later claim the use was not authorized. You are also solely responsible for the services requested by you, or by anyone using or occupying your vehicle, through digi access key. You promise to educate and inform all users and occupants of your Vehicle about the Digi Access services, system features and limitations and these User Terms. We have no obligation to inquire about the authority of anyone using your Vehicle. Digi Access is a comfort enhancement feature and must not be considered as a complete replacement to physical keys offered with your vehicle. It is recommended to always carry a physical key while driving your vehicle to avoid inconvenience in case of unforeseen circumstances as digi acess shall not work in case either your vehicle or your registered device is located in no or low network area or your registered device has run out of battery.
