The Lifetime HV Battery Lifetime warranty is exclusively applicable under the following vehicle types and conditions: Registrations in the name of private individuals. Registrations made under the company perk car scheme for employees, including subsequent transfers of the vehicle to the same employee. In the event the perk car is sold or transferred to any third party (not being the aforementioned employee), such third party shall be treated as second or subsequent owner for the purposes of the lifetime HV battery warranty.
